Savoy is exponentially becoming the pre-eminent choice for living in the Champaign-Urbana Area.  When we built Prospect Pointe, it was quite simply a residence that required regular commuting... not so anymore.  Entertainment, shopping, restaurants, and golf courses are now within a walk, bike ride, or short car ride.

One of the foremost attractions of this community is the Savoy Recreation Center (see the link above).  This facility has wide array of fitness classes, equipment, gym space, and children's activities available.  We recommend you call them at 217-359-3550 or drop into their location at 402 Graham Drive in Savoy.  We would love to tell you about our partnership with them and what you stand to benefit by residing at Prospect Pointe and becoming a member of the Savoy Rec Center.

University of Illinois

We are fortunate to have wonderful residents at Prospect Pointe.  Everyone from families, retirees, elderly, single professionals, students, to any other combination of personality and lifestyle choose to live here.  However, they all have one thing in common:  they value peace and quiet.  This must be why we observe a trend developing with students from the College of Law, College of Veterinary Medicine, and the College of Business.  Students have resided and referred fellow students at Prospect Pointe for several years.  In fact, one former law student wrote the following testimonial:

Prospect Pointe is quickly becoming the most desirable location in the Champaign-Urbana/Savoy area.  Apart from the nearby attractions listed above, Prospect Pointe is highly accessible for reaching any part of this area - as well as quick and easy access to getting you onto interstates.

It is located between Neil Street and Prospect Avene (the two main North/South arteries in town) and is about a 5 minute drive to intersate 57.  The interchange to Curtis Road came in 2009 along with improvements to Curtis Road.  Our residents who travel down to Southern Illinois or north to Chicago love the ability to be on interstate 57 in minutes.

Prospect Pointe is also close to Healthcare, restaurants, golf, shopping, and entertainment in the Savoy Plaza.  The 1-Yellow bus route through the Mass Transit District (MTD website:  www.cu-mtd.com) also has a pickup spot at the East entrance to 301 W. Curtis.
