Welcome to Prospect Pointe's Oasis!

Grilling out, hosting backyard parties, playing bag toss, listening to music with friends, enjoying the outdoors and lush landscape, entertaining guests, throwing around the pigskin....... do these sound like things you do right outside your apartment?

Well, they do now!  We built the "Oasis" with one goal in mind:  to allow you ALL the benefits of having the world's largest backyard!  That is why we went to great lengths to add the upscale touches you deserve.... such as:  outdoor kitchen complete with concrete countertops, in-laid stainless steel grill, sink basin with running water, ceiling fans, lighting, plenty of electrical outlets, outdoor speakers with audio jack, and outdoor seating.

The "Oasis" is also available for private parties.  We have seating and tables for 24 guests.  You may request to reserve this space through the Resident Center or by calling our office and asking for Stephanie.

During the warmer months of 2012, you will see additional changes as we further develop the landscaping and add an outdoor fireplace.  Yet another reason to call Prospect Pointe home.............  See you at the "Oasis"!
