It has been great so far we have only been here one week. The location is great close to everything we need to get to. There has not been any loud noise. Parking has been good and there is a nice walking trail right out side our apartment.

Community is great.

Pros: In general, good place to live. Remote site, quiet and safe neighborhood, good and easy parking, good maintenance. Cons: Small storage! Cold in winter (we haven't tried sealing the window), hot in summer due to poor insulation, I guess. Changing air in the unit seems a hard task, though we open windows at both sides. Water-leaking sound keeps coming from the wall inside when we use hot water. High utility cost.

That I like it alot. If there are any probelms with apartment maintenance is quick to respond. Nice neighbors who are quiet. Apartments are clean, updated and spacious.
